Jeffrey is the Vice President of Administrative Services for SUN Automation, conducting a wide range of corporate responsibilities for departments including HR, IT, Safety and Facilities. From level planning and budgeting, to conducting communication meetings and counseling employees, to recruiting new talent, Jeffrey oversees a variety of activities to keep everything running smoothly.
What do you like most about your job?
I love the variety of my job, as there is something different to do every day. I also like the fact that, as a shareholder, I am expected to look for opportunities to continuously improve SUN that will positively impact the business. The ability to influence the direction of the company is truly exciting and rewarding to me.
What’s the most exciting thing you’re working on right now?
Right now we are starting the implementation of a new Human Resources software package. This package will replace multiple pieces of externally purchased software, give leaders and employees some self-service features, and help to improve processes and functionality as SUN grows.
Where do you see Helios in the future?
I see Helios as a key part of SUN\’s growth as it will help us continue to diversify and expand our reach beyond corrugated industry machine building and parts.
