This setup from PARA runs multi-outs nicked together in the ups and outs direction within the stacker and utilizes a tandem breaker line to separate the ups and outs after the stacker. This reduces the likelihood of jams when doing multi-outs within a stacker. Everything is nicked together and comes through as one sheet, so you’re only ever bundling a single sheet instead of multiple. This eliminates the minimum sheet size requirement of traditional stackers (usually around 16”) and moves the minimum sheet size to the Para Breaker that is less than 6” finished blank.

Instead of laying a load on top of a belt and delivering it out of the back of a rotary die cutter, the vacuum suspends it under the belt to deliver it out of the machine. This alternative process allows any excess scrap to simply fall away rather than accumulate on top of the sheet.
