Complete Restoration of a LANGSTON 380 Single Facer
SUN Automation Group is your original equipment manufacturer supplier for Langston finishing machines, corrugating machines, and retrofit products. In a recent project, we executed a full restoration of a 380SF back to its original OEM standards:
- Installation of new actuators and complete rewiring
- Implementation of new AC drives for the main drive, glue roll drive, pre-conditioner drive, and incline conveyor drive
- Relocation of the hydraulic unit for accessibility to valves and pressure adjustments, including level sensors for hydraulic fluid and a clogged filter indicator
