The BX Motion is a versatile machine designed for short-run production of corrugated boxes.

It utilizes a modular and multi-functional design, allowing for customizable tool configurations to meet specific production needs. Capable of handling single, double, and triple wall boxes from E-flute to AAC-flute, the BX Motion offers quick setup in under 60 seconds and can produce more than 50 FEFCO box styles. It features digital printing, automatic loading and stacking, and inline glue strip application, making it a comprehensive solution for box manufacturing.

INFEED/ FEED SECTION

  • Feeding from a pallet using the AUTO-FEED AF300, or use the built-in belt table feeder for semi-automatic feeding

HD LINE CUTTING

  • Up to 16 mm thickness.
  • HD Shear Cut Ø 180 mm.
  • Servo-controlled drive.
  • Knife notch option.

EDGE TRIMMING

  • Side trim can be shredded and transported out of the machine.
  • Material thickness up to 16 mm.

CROSS CUTTING

GLUE FLAP CRUSH

  • Pneumatically controlled flap crush with adjustable pressure and transport slide.
  • Width up to 40 mm.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery table, collects blanks for stacking.
  • AutoStacker option automatically collects and stacks blanks on scissor lift table.

CREASING TOOL

  • Choice of creasing tools for corrugated board sheets from 5 mm to 16 mm thickness.
  • Preset material-dependent creasing dept.
  • Top crease, bottom crease roller.
  • Single and double crease.
  • Male/female creasing tools.
  • Pneumatic controlled stroke of the creasing tool.
  • Motor-controlled stroke of the Male creasing tool.
  • 1-point, 2-point and 3-point creasing depending on board weight.
  • Servo-controlled drive of both creasing tools.

INLINE DIGITAL PRINTING

  • Up to 8 twin 140mm print units.
  • Resolution 360 dpi single color – additional colors are possible.
  • Cleaning station for print heads outside of the module.
  • Print heads can operate independently or be used together for larger printing.

INLINE GLUING

  • Cold glue – automatically places glue line ready for folding and finishing.

MULTI-OUT OPTION

  • Produce several corrugated cardboard blanks arranged next to each other in one pass.
