PARA’s Pallet Inserter turns exit-line stacks into freight-ready loads at record pace. A servo-driven lift positions each pile while the patented side-stacker places a second bundle directly on top—doubling capacity without extra floor space. The lateral folding unit tucks a bottom protection sheet under the first pile, and an optional top-sheet head can drop kraft, chipboard, or plastic liners before discharge. Muting safety photocells monitor infeed, outfeed, and the perimeter, keeping operators safe as the system sails to 200 pallets per hour. Swap single- for double-stack mode, adjust sheet types, and fine-tune stack height from the HMI in seconds—no tools, no hydraulics, just nonstop throughput.
