LMC Mini SPP-Series
Full-Servo Inline Flexo Folder Gluer
Flexible Production. Faster Changeovers. Consistent Control.
Built for corrugated plants managing varied box styles, frequent order changes, and demanding production schedules, the LMC Mini SPP-Series combines full-servo control with computer-controlled setup and stable sheet handling. The platform is designed to support precise, repeatable adjustments from feeding and printing through folding and delivery.
SUN Automation Group is the exclusive representative of LMC machinery, parts, and support for North and Central America, the UK, and Europe.

Full-Servo Machine Control
Full-servo architecture supports precise control across applicable machine sections. Independently controlled drives and computer-managed adjustments help operators maintain repeatable settings, coordinate sheet movement, and respond efficiently to changing production requirements.
Set-While-Run Setup
The computer-based control system allows operators to set up for the next order while production continues. This helps teams move between jobs with fewer manual adjustments and less production disruption.
Stable Print and Sheet Transfer
Top-print and vacuum-transfer configurations use controlled vacuum zones, dampers, and belt transfer systems to help maintain sheet stability through the print section.

Precise Pre-Creasing and Slotting
Motorized adjustments, ball-screw positioning, and linear guide systems support repeatable control of pre-creaser and slotter heads. Available double-slot-shaft configurations provide additional flexibility for changing order requirements.
Controlled Folding
Independent forming rollers, folding guides, multiple belts and an extended vacuum area help control the panels as the sheet moves through the folding section, supporting consistent manufacturing-joint alignment and finished-box formation.
Controlled Sheet Feeding
Independent servo control on each wheelshaft, plus separate servo control of grate movement, provides precise control at the start of the line.
Operator-Focused Controls and Diagnostics
Distributed HMI controls and diagnostic displays provide section-level visibility into machine setup and operation. Ethernet connectivity can support online technical assistance when applicable.
Maintenance Access
The machine is designed without a pit, and its sections can be opened for cleaning, inspection, and service access.
